In between rain storms, DC has been having unbelievably nice weather. The kind that instantly puts me in a good mood. I sat outside all weekend on one patio or another and it was wonderful. I wish I was sitting on this patio right now, drinking my coffee and writing this post.

Re-painting the kitchen is an exciting prospect. While I've enjoyed my blue kitchen, it's been entertaining to imagine it with new paint. What do you think of my first attempt at changing the kitchen colors? Is it too dark? Should the cabinets be a lighter grey? Is it too one note? Do you even like the kitchen cabinets a different color? Opinions, please!
*Isn't photoshop fun? I could do this for hours. Except I need to work..yea..that thing paying for the painting.*

Earlier this week, the mr. and I were talking about getting the condo repainted. It's time. Parts haven't been refreshed since we moved into our home in 2007. Whenever I start dreaming of repainting, I start visualising how I might change our kitchen. My latest obsession: grey and white kitchens.

As I sit in front of my computer, all I want to do is go back to bed. This weekend was a whirlwind of work and fun. I'm tired. It's also raining. Booooo. This bedroom makes me want to lounge in bed all day. I love the huge window and striped bedding. Mondays, right?

I love sitting outside when the weather is nice. This weekend was absolutely beautiful and as I often do, I wish I had my own back yard. This covered porch/pool area is divine and I could see myself relaxing here all hours of the day. Too bad it's in Argentina but it's a fantastic idea, no?
