Have you been following Fashion Week? The last three weeks I've been getting a daily dose of amazingness.
Not only do I enjoy seeing what's trending for next Fall, I love the street style. Like the fantastic outfit above: so stylish yet really, really simple. I've especially been stalking the Paris Fashion Week photos so I can be appropriately garbed when I go at the end of the month. (squee! 3 weeks and counting).
When I'm not daydreaming about my trip or clicking through FW photos, I've been busy with work. Fall season is in full swing and it's a little crazy. Recently, a home sold for 160K OVER list price. Yea. You read that correctly. Not only was it 160K over list, it was all cash (!). It's no joke up here. Which is great for sellers and tough for buyers.
I'm also writing a column for DC MUD. It's a weekly thing that reports on new retail. If you haven't checked it out, you should. Because it's awesome and all that.
